Karma is a way to track the reputation of your users, reward good behavior, and punish bad behavior. You can edit the settings for the Karma feature by going to CRM >> Karma Settings. You can allow other users to increase or decrease another user's Karma, thereby, making your group self moderating.
Reply Commands:

/+ reason
- Increases the Karma points for the user you are replying to by 1. The reason in the above command is optional.
/- reason
- Decreases the Karma points for the user you are replying to by 1. The reason in the above command is optional.
Direct Commands:
Directly send these commands to the group by mentioning the user's @username.
/+ @username reason
- Increases the Karma points for the user identified by the username by 1. The reason in the above command is optional.
/- @username reason
- Decreases the Karma points for the user identified by the username by 1. The reason in the above command is optional.
/mykarma
- Displays the users Karma points in the group. For this option to be enabled, you need to enable users to be to use Karma commands in the Karma Settings page.
/top5users
- Displays the top 5 users in the group by the number of Karma points they have. For this option to be enabled, you need to enable users to be to use Karma commands in the Karma Settings page.
/top15users
- Displays the top 15 users in the group by the number of Karma points they have. For this option to be enabled, you need to enable users to be to use Karma commands in the Karma Settings page.
